I would never buy from this store again. Customer Service was awful. Website is too hard to navigate. Product was highly priced, and they didnt want to cancel my order when I saw other retailers with lower prices.

Horrible Customer Service.

I ordered an item that was listed as "ships today!". Unfortunately they have a wacky credit charge system and after 3 days of hasteling with my credit card company and zzounds.com, the order still hasn't been filled.

So here's the deal.

#1 I've sent 4 emails to Zzounds.com asking for asistance/help and all were replied to with an automated message.

#2 Called up their custmer service line, and was told that all orders were filled on a batch basis. Customer service rep was very uncaring.

I can't "stress" how uncaring this business is with it's customers. It's shocking, because on bizrate.com, they seem to have a good amount of feedback?

The funny thing is, I'm extremely understanding, and if someone would have just replied to an email or spoke with me on the phone that wanted to complete the order the same day, I wouldn't be writing this.

I called zZounds.com seeking advice on a monaural microphone I'd read about online. The employee was very patient and helpful, pointing out that I could get a much better quality stereo mike (and one that he, also a musician, used himself) for about twice the price. He established the mike's compatibility with the preamp I had for my computer. And he also steered me to a mike stand that is stable and substantial. zZound.com's prices were competitive, and the items were delivered less than 24 hours later (I chose standard shipping but live two states away) in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

I ordered a Casio electronic keyboard with AC adapter, a stand for the keyboard, and a set of headphones. I opted for free shipping, and everything arrived, precisely as ordered and in perfect condition, two days later. I couldn't have been more pleased with the accuracy of the order or the speed of delivery, and the prices (especially with free shipping) were very competitive. I would definitely order from zzounds again.

Don't order anything from zzounds! I had the worst customer service experience of my life with them - they sent the wrong piano bench, which I had to send back twice. Then it took me 1 full month to get my piano because of mistakes with the address and with the shipping company. When I called to complain they were defensive and claimed to have done everything they needed to do. Will never, ever, ever order from them again.
