great customer service. my order was a great experience and i would shop here again. I had to get a right size gown for my mom and the customer service rep helped me find the right size and color she would like. I happend to say that my mother was so pleased with the gowns and to see her smile on her face mad me and my familly so proud.

personal touch is one of the best online stores I should say. I bought a pair of elastic waist paints from them. I placed my order on a Friday night and it was processed during the weekend, and shipped on Monday. It arrived on Thursday! I am so happy I found this company they are really very fast and the pants are just what i needed
