Invitation Consultants

Overall, I would never use Invitation Consultant, Inc. again. They were impossible to deal with. When we first received our invitations the spacing was completely off on our wedding invitations and they did not follow our instructions with regards to font. They quickly sent back a 2nd set of invitations but when we received our correction order the invitations were again wrong!! After a third time we realized our Rehearsal Dinner inserts curved to the right and we were embarrassed to send them out!! When *finally* addressing the invitations we realized that they shorted us by 25 envelopes!!! That's very distressing for a bride when she has to get her invites out. It seems they really waste a lot of paper/trees for all the corrections they had to make for us. On the positive side, they respond quickly to email and they have a website that's fairly easy to use. Overall, never ever would I consider using them again for any occasion. Their cheap prices will be paid for in stress and frustration - something none of us need in our days!!!

I initially had some problems with the printing of my order. After working with two people and not having the issue completely fixed, I sent an email to the customer service manager. Later, I received an unsolicited call from the owner of the company, who made everything right. I appreciated his efforts to help and speak to me personally.

We did not get the stickers that came with our purchase. We did order extra stickers and we got those. Other than that there were many choices at Invitation Consultants.

Minor delay due to goods being damaged by water (the package was on the doorstep for 2 days). However, they were prompt and courteous during the process of sending a new order. Second shipment received in a timely manner and in good condition.

I had to pay for a proof of my order, which was wrong when they sent that. I sent a note back with the corrections and they were completely ignored. I sent a note back when I received the invitations with the errors and they reprinted them and overnighted the order to me free of charge.

I emailed a thank you on my own because of the excellent service I received from the time of the initial order to the very end. I dealt with mostly Amber and could not have received more prompt and courteous service. I would have no problem with referring or ordering again myself.
