All good things, as they say, must come to an end, and unfortunately fans had to say goodbye to the wonderful Arrested Development with Season 3. Though the show was adored by critics, too few viewers were ready to embrace a comedy lacking both a laugh track and typical sitcom plots. And despite initial thoughts of bringing the series to one of the cable networks, creator Mitch Hurwitz decided to simply end it all. It's a pity, because Arrested was easily one of the most irreverent -- and hysterically funny -- comedies on television. The Bluth family returns for another season of life after credit cards in this revolutionary award-winning comedy. Michael Bluth Jason Bateman is the voice of reason in the midst of a blue-blood clan of crazies who have become acclimated to the life of luxury after patriarch George Sr. Jeffrey Tambor earned a fortune in the tract-housing business. When George is arrested on charges of tax fraud however the family's assets are frozen and the resulting life of relative poverty proves difficult in many unexpected ways.
