Pros: The Features Section is interesting; quick, easy to read beauty information.
Cons: A narrowly focused magazine which only addresses beauty (could be a pro?)
The Bottom Line: For the target audience, young women who want to be up to date on beauty and fashion, this is a good choice for $.75!
