The Bottom Line: I?d recommend that you at least get a sample from the Primer and use it before you buy it.
Review: When I decided to give Mineral makeup a try, I read that Prime Time by BE is a must. I was a bit skeptical about paying $21.00 for a 1oz bottle but all the reviews I read about the Primer were good ones, and the 1oz bottle is supposed to last you...
