Design Flaw

Review: I have to second ct_consumer's review. The foil head comes off leaving your face exposed to the strongly vibrating blades at least once every time I shave. I had a Braun before this one that simply did not shave closely enough--I would clean up...

The Bottom Line: But this, or almost any razor, when it's on sale. Come on- how much could new technology really affect razors?? I got mine for $28 from www.theessentials.com.
