This brother laser printer is amazing.

This personal laser printer can't compete with larger size office lasers, but it sure trumps traditional inkjet printers in cost per page. This printer separates the toner cartridge from the drum so you get the most value for your money. Print quality is impeccable and fast at around 20 pages per minute. The only problem is that you might use a little bit more electricity with this than a regular inkjet. I would also not recommend this if you only sparingly print as constantly warming up and cooling down the laser element might put unnecessary stress on the unit and lead to a shorter printer lifespan. Page curl is not an issue with this printer. Pros: cheap cost per page, fast prints, amazing quality Cons: only prints monochrome, high electricity consumption
