A "good" all-around lens!

The Bottom Line: If you can afford only one lens for many different picture situations, this is a good choice.
Review: I bought a Canon 10D camera on the Apple Computer Web site, taking advantage of their "instant loan" on-line. However, the selection of lenses was minimal. Of the few available lenses, I chose the Canon 28mm-200mm zoom lens.

The Bottom Line: Even with it's weaknesses it balances favorably against it's design advantages. It is an affordable "all-in-one" CANON travel lense with good performance. It serves in substitution for several other lenses.
