From Cuisinart, this waffle iron bakes four Belgian-style waffles at once. Customize yours by choosing one of the six brownness settings. There's a red light that lets you know the waffle iron is on and a green light that means it's ready to bake then ready to eat. An audible tone also alerts you. The baking plates are nonstick so your waffles pop right out. Other features include cool-touch handles. For storing, the lid locks in place, the cord wraps then the entire unit can be placed on its side.

Does this Cuisinart Waffle Maker make a great, or really awful waffle?

The Bottom Line: This does a good job at its intended purpose, the waffles turn out just fine.
Review: A few months ago, I decided it was time for me to get a new waffle maker. The one that I owned was about 20 years old, and the waffles it made were a little on the small side. So, off to the store I went, to see what I could find.

We like the brushed stainless steel as it is easy to keep clean. It has teflon non stick cooking surface making removal of waffles easy. It features a beeper that lets you know when it is hot enough to make a waffle and it also beeps when the waffles are ready. It is easy to use and keep clean.
