Don't buy Dacor Commercial Cooktop

Pros: Looks like any of the breed

Cons: Doubt if it delivers on the promised 15,000 BTUs/burner.

The Bottom Line: If you are into cooking and want a cooktop offering proessional features, skip this one.

This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Review: The Dacor Commercial cooktop looks like one of the many competitors, but does not deliver on performance. Part of the problem is the flame pattern. It has no center flame, so everything heats on the periphery - useless for small sauciers or Turkish...
