Excellent Value, two years later still great

Pros: Economical. Simple. Rugged. Beautiful.
Cons: Sluggish when multi-tasking more than 5 programs.
The Bottom Line: This is a fantastic model at a nice price that will do any sort of task you might reasonably expect of a PDA.

Great PDA, but poor customer support

Pros: Price, speed, lots of accessories and extra hardware out there, very easy to learn, Wi-Fi
Cons: Tech Support, no Bluetooth
