All new for 2005, the Ford Freestyle is available in eight models-SE, SEL and Limited in 2WD and AWD, all with a standard 3.0L V6 and CVT (Continuously Variable) transmission. Ford is marketing the Freestyle as a crossover vehicle that has many of the features and handling characteristics of a passenger car, while having the look and capabilities of an SUV.
