The Pictrography 4500 features Fujifilms exclusive "Laser Exposure - Thermal Development - Dye - Transfer Process," producing continuous gradation equal to that of a silver halide photographic print. The Pictrography 4500 is a photographic printer that remains consistent with the same color matching enjoyed in traditional photography along with the ability to reproduce images of supreme detail, deep color saturation and sharpness. Its output, PICTROprints, are the acclaimed industry standard for pristine digital color prints that truly match original photographic prints, retaining exquisite detail and color with superior archival characteristics.

Professional, true photo quality from a digital printer

Pros: True continuous tone photos, built in auto-calibration, no chemicals to spill.

Cons: High cost of initial purchase, supplies are also expensive.

The Bottom Line: If you are looking for the very best digital photo printer on the market, this is it.
