The Bottom Line: This wine cooler worked surprisingly well for its price, but its useful life was entirely inadequate.
Review: I bought the Haier HVT12ABS Compact Wine Cooler in late summer of 2007. It hummed away on my kitchen counter for just about a year, seemingly doing its job adequately.

Not Cold Enough

The Bottom Line: Poor quality item, that is not reliable. It just get to the correct temperature settings.
Review: I do know wines and what they should be chilled to. (alluding to previous reviewer)

I am on my second unit and it doesn't get below 59 degrees. I received the first unit for Christmas last year. I never felt that white wine was cool enough...
