The Bottom Line: If you're pricing in the 1 to 2 thousand range there may be other models that don't need service as often.
Review: We've had this in our office for nearly 4 years now and it's been a good machine. It has a lot of features for the price but be warned, it has a servicing issue. I'm not confident that it exists on all 4100 and 4101mfp machines, but ours just lost...
