The Bottom Line: This machine was a money pit, nothing less. Cheap parts, frequent breaks, high replacement costs. If you need a carpet cleaner, find something better than this.

Good Investment but should be better made.

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this machine for it's excellent cleaning ability but I would warn consumers of the quality and durability of the machine.
Review: I recently decided to upgrade my old steam cleaner to something of better quality. I own three dogs and between the hair and dirt my carpets need regular cleaning. I was so excited when the box arrived on my doorstep but have to say the directions...
