The IBM ServeRAID-4 Ultra160 controller features an Intel 100MHz processor and 66MHz PCI controller to help you optimize performance in your mission-critical RAID data storage applications. This two-channel controller supports up to 14 hard drives per channel and nine RAID levels, allowing you to configure storage to your needs. There is a 64MB ECC SDRAM battery-backed ECC cache for emergency back-up.

Review: After looking at the various products I decided to try the 4Mx for a new disk array on our database server's new SCSI 12-disk array.

On fitting the card our server hangs during POST when the card is initialised during BIOS start. Searching...
