Easy workout, slow results.

The Bottom Line: I suggest thinking about another type of exercise before buying this or any other kind of machine that seems to be too easy to be true.

Review: I purchased this junk nearly 2 years ago. Granted, that's a long time ago, but I barely even used this thing. In fact, it got more use of something to sit on occasionally.
