Intel finally retakes AMD

The Bottom Line: If you are reading this article and no newer CPU has been released, then the Core 2 Duo E6600 is likely one of the best choices you can make.

The Bottom Line: Great processor that can handle all the new apps and programs.
Review: This processor replaced my old Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz processor. I didn t really need the extra processing power but my P4 would get incredibly hot when CPU speeds were idle. I can happily report that the E6600 runs really cool. It usually stays at 40-45...
