Great Display, Bad WiFi and Customer Support

Pros: Image quality, works fine with internal memory or memory card.
Cons: customer support, wireless connection, very awkward configuration process
The Bottom Line: I would avoid this unit if you are interested in the Wifi capabilities. The configuration process is awkward, but the picture quality is great.

Pros: Accepts most flash memory, high resolution display (800x640), wireless capability.
Cons: Oversaturates pictures leaving colors un-natural, plastic contruction all around, expensive.
The Bottom Line: Select the Philips 9" 9FF2CWO/37 instead. For much less money you get a much better frame.
