Can't handle 1GB CF card

Pros: It's definitely faster than downloading directly from the camera
Cons: It corrupts files when downloading from a 1GB card.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy it if you ever use a 1GB CF card.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I bought this card reader because I recently bought a Sandisk Ultra II 1GB CF card for my Canon 10D, and it takes too long to download 1GB of files directly from the camera. The card reader works fine with my 256MB CF cards, but only inconsistently...

Pros: Style, Speed, Flawless installation
Cons: Short USB Cable
The Bottom Line: A definite reccomendation. It was perfect except for the too short USB cable.

compact design, works flawlessly w/my 1gb sd card

Pros: compact, east install, fast. accepts multiple formats and troublefree!
Cons: it's just a card reader...what could go wrong?

Review: another reviewer complained that it doesn't work w/1gb cf card so i had some reservations but when i plugged in my 1gb sd card it performed flawlessly. maybe that's the difference between cf & sd...not sure (maybe user error? :)) but for my sd card...
