The Bottom Line: Low cost quality directions and colors, great little unit 4.5 screen
Review: ilt adjustment. Tilt is adjusted by slipping a small rock or branch under one side. Construction is cheap plastic, with the black sprinkler head being very brittle, the yellow base easily shattered, and the head springs being easily damaged/deformed...

Nice widescreen GPS

The Bottom Line: good, solid GPS for the money
Review: I really do like this 1412 GPS. In the past I've owned 3 other GPS units (Mio, Garmin, and HP) - so I have a good idea of what the competition is putting out there. The nicest feature of the 1412 is the touchscreen... its SO easy to select items on...

Good basic GPS Unit

The Bottom Line: This is a great basic unit for someone who wants to get from point A to point B without much hassle
Review: We just traded in a TOMTOM XL 330 for this unit because we wanted the NAVTEQ maps. This GPS was on sale from $350 and we got it for $220 at circuit city.
So far if was been a good unit. The speaker is loud and clear enough to hear over a high...
