The Bottom Line: Double Dash!! doesn't quite enthrall the way its predecessors do, but it's okay.
Review: Not since Super Mario Kart's smashing debut in 1993 have they managed to match it. They've had a hell of a time keeping up with the phenomenon they started. Granted, the presence of the initial phenomenon is what makes the two sequels great, but...
