Pros: It's a sling! Widely available, inexpensively
Cons: didn't fit me very well

Cons: takes a little bit to figure out but worth it!!

Review: I decided to buy a sling after trying one of the front carriers with my oldest daughter. I really wanted it NOW so, I went to baby r us and bought the only brand they had. I got it home and realized that HEY they come in different colors, too.
