The magazine continues to prosper and now leads the market as the premier publication for serious bluewater voyagers. In addition to the print publication, the company also offers a web-based publication, Ocean Navigator Online; a series of educational seminars through the Ocean Navigator School of Seamanship; and a publication for commercial maritime professionals, Professional Mariner.

The Bottom Line: I recommend this magazine, but with reservations. It has some good to offer, but its appeal is limited and it carries a high price.
Review: Do you enjoy water adventure? I sure do- especially if someone else is tending to the navigation while I site back, sip my beer, and enjoy the view. Magazines about water recreation aren t too difficult to find but most of them deal with small boats...
