Pros: The leader in producing long lasting prints.
Cons: Cheap competition, producing shorter-lived prints may hamper quality technology developments such as this.
The Bottom Line: The only decision is ... to buy this version or the next one!
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: In Paul Jasper's PC WOrld May 2004 article on the P-440,
I feel the general public was left out of ALL the information
and developments of this product, even guided to arguably
lesser value and lesser quality ink-based printer...

Pros: The color quality of printing is good, better than ink jet.
Cons: Matching color to what you see on the computer screen is not always easy.
