The new improved eXpanium 201 has a smaller size, new design, and a bigger display to make portable MP3 playback even better than before. You will be able to read your MP3 tracks on the larger display as you play CDs that can hold over 10 hours of music. The EXP201 is ultra-portable: it can play up to 15 hours on four AA batteries and includes a set of stereo headphones. No more listening to MP3s at the computer - now you can listen to them wherever you are.

The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this unit because of the problems stated above. While it does have features as advertised, the other issues create too much of an inconvenience.

The Bottom Line: For the money, I am very happy with the unit. It's intuitive in it's button designs and I'm going to get another one! (1 for car, 1 for home).
Review: The unit was purchased from Fry's Electronic in Fremont, CA for $49.95. This package is not refurbished and came with just the earphone. (I know there were others that came with the car-kit but I didn't need that.)
