The M214C is identical to the M210C except that the M214C also includes one-touch incoming volume control and mute switch on the cord, as pictured.

The Bottom Line: Plantronics makes top quality headsets.
Review: It has a noise canceling microphone. The sound is great both ways.

Plantronics M214C Good Cordless Phone Headset

Review: I started out with a cheap Jenson headset ($20). Callers were always complaining that they could not hear me. I upgraded to the Plantronics M214C (I think around $30) a few years ago and had very good luck with it (from Best Buy). No complaints ever...
