This product is very reliable for business oriented people. There are many applications you can get for your Storm. The touch screen is not as easy to use as its competitor the Iphone as well as many more entertainment apps for the iphone. If you are looking for a reliable phone with good solid applications for business this is the phone for you. Pros: sure press touch screen, high resolution, full html Cons: needs an accelerator when you move the screen up and down, speed is sometimes slow
