The Bottom Line: This coffee machine is an excellent super-automatic. It is a splurge item and only worth it if you go to Starbucks at least once a day, everyday.

Machine worked well but licensed 3rd party repair service was an issue

The Bottom Line: Good machine, great coffee, but servicing from a licensed 3rd party repair shop can be an issue.
Review: I'm updating my review since Saeco Canada repaired the machine and had it returned to me within one week, which I would rate as excellent service.

My original problems were caused by a licensed 3rd party repair shop, that were incompetent...
