Small, sleek Samsung portable DVD player is awesome, considering its size!

The Bottom Line: Although this will be used only sparingly, the DVD-L70 offers video and audio performance beyond what one imagines from such a small device. Highly recommended!
Review: I have to be honest -- I never planned on owning a portable DVD player with its own screen, partly because I have a perfectly good Samsung 5-disc player connected to my 27" Samsung TV set, partly because one from a reputable brand costs a bit more...

Review: 1/14/06 Update - I have been without a functioning player for the past week because the dvd drive stopped spinning. Emails to Samsung have gone unanswered for a week so in a fit of desperation I pushed the slider arm that houses the laser lens into...

The Bottom Line: The best of the small portable DVD players, excellent picture quality
Review: This is the best of the Sub-$200 players. The picture quality is miles ahead of the competition. It will play all all my disks from my DVD recorder. as well as my MP3s and picture disks (although the picture quality is poor when viewing pictures)...
