Pros: no envelope licking; lightweight, water resistant, bubble lining protects contents

Cons: envelopes not easy to open once sealed (but this helps prevent tampering)

The Bottom Line: Bubble liner in envelope offers water resistant secure shipping.

Review: I do mailings where I need to use a cushioned envelope. Jiffylite Bubble Mailers -- size #2 are shipping envelopes with a plastic liner, and they self-seal.
