Original oven and replacement both failing for the same reason

The Bottom Line: Since we had two units that exhibited the same disabling problem we worry about the overall durability of this oven
Review: Our previous oven was a General Electric bought at Wal-mart. It gave us good service until a paper towel covering some food caught fire inside the oven, yes it actually burst into flame. That ruined the oven it never worked again.
