The Bottom Line: What book, do you suppose, would be read by a boy with 39 toes? With 39 toes and a mole on his nose?...Dr. Seuss was what he chose.

A book to help children see that the differences between them does not have to cause division

This book has several stories, and they teach terrific lessons. The Sneetches teach us about loving each other despite our differences. The Zax teach us that being stubborn about unimportant things can cause us to miss all the wonderful things around us. Too Many Daves is just a fun and silly story. The last story teaches that the things we are scared of are often nothing to be scared of at all. My family loves this book, especially my little girl who requests it on almost a daily basis Pros: Terrific stories, Fun pictures, Great lessons
