Pros: Packed with features Excellent keyboard Excellent Character recognition
Cons: could be a little wider battery life ain't bad, but...
The Bottom Line: I'm a member of gadg-a-holics anonymous. This is almost too practical to label a gadget. It's a great value. You won't be sorry.

Interesting product but terrible customer service

Pros: Exciting features. Keyboard is fun to use. Liked the MP3 player and camera.
Cons: Sony didn't honor warranty. Unit died within 3 months.

Amazing, don't buy a laptop when this is available

Review: I am new to PDAs, well sort-of, our house has three networked obscure Audreys running Palm OS which we use for internet, family calendar and caller ID.

This was a impulse purchase and I am not disappointed, it keeps amazing me.
