Walk away (what pounds) ?

The Bottom Line: Try these tapes if you are a beginner to the workout world or have back pain and need an easy workout
Review: As you can see, I have mixed feelings about the walk away the pounds program. In one way, I love the fact that these tapes are responsible for my newfound daily exercise habits. However, the results were not really visible (for me).

The Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend Walk Away the Pounds, especially for those who are just beginning an exercise program. The workout is easy to follow and enjoyable.
