Lousy capture quality, bad audio, bad customer service

The Bottom Line: Don't waste your money on this item.
Review: If you are trying to convert your VHS or 8MM home videos to DVD, don't waste your money trying to accomplish it with this product. It still amazes me that some technology companies (Like Zio Corp who makes this item), can produce and sell products...
