nice car...until all the problems

The Spec-V was an excellent car when I purchased it. Nice pickup, superb handling, best stocked stereo I’ve heard. I won some races, I loved fast turning ratio. However, then the problems started happening. First the Cataliter Converter (excuse my spelling) went within the first 20,000 miles. Then tires would go like nobody's business. It was horrible in the snow (till I got blizaks) and even then it still wasn't the most reliable. Then the major problem. Oil leaking into the engine. At 70,000 miles I had to replace the head gasket ($1500 repair). I have spoken with several others that own the same car and have experienced the same (or similar) problem. So if you want a car that's fun, but will definitely break down on you, get the Spec V.
