Jura-Capresso 560 Electric Burr Grinder

The Capresso Burr grinder is an excellent grinder for the home espresso user. This grinder produces a consistent grind, with minimal dust, preventing a clogged espresso machine and leading to a cup of espresso with a beautiful crema layer on top. The coarseness of the grind can be adjusted from very fine to quite coarse, allowing you to adjust the grind according to your use. The grinder is extremely quiet compared to most other grinders, and grinds the beans slowly, producing minimal heat and static buildup. Unlike many grinders, statically charged coffee dust WON'T come flying out of this machine! Also, the lack of friction and heat buildup during grinding preserves the flavor and aroma of the coffee.

The coffee storage hopper on top of the grinder is large enough to hold a considerable amount of beans. The timing mechanism makes it easy to grind just the amount of coffee you need, without measuring. The grounds are dispensed into a drawer that seats firmly in the machine, and is pulled out easily--just dump into your drip basket or measure for use in your espresso machine.

The machine pops apart simply for cleaning, and is generally maintenance free--a quick brushing once a week keeps this machine working wonderfully.
