Nothing but trouble since 2006

This is my SECOND double oven set. First one was replaced (without difficulty)when less than a year old, due to chipping of the interior finish.
The "new" oven set, also less than a year old & under warranty, has been nothing but problems linked to the self cleaning mode. The first cleaning in either oven, performed without any problem. The next cleaning in either oven caused the ovens to either: unable to unlock the oven cleaned, light did not work in oven cleaned, either one or both ovens would not heat. I am now on my second "repair" of both ovens in 6 months. The first time a thermostat-type part had to be replaced. Presently, the oven units are out of the house at to be evaluated for repair since we do not have an authorized repair person here. The place of purchase has interceded to help with our problem with the manufacturer.
I will NEVER BUY another Fisher-Paykel product of any kind, nor could I recommend their products. This is a nightmare of poor performance. But it looks good & has great features if it would only clean and continue to run!
