HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AFTER SELF CLEANING JUST ONCE

As all other complaints have noted, this product is horrific when it comes to the self-cleaning mode. It burned out after the first self clean cycle, and we have not had an oven for 4 months. Seems the company knows about the problem and has been giving us the run around for four months now, and still will not replace the oven. We have had six service calls and two companies, and still no oven. Service has been a nightmare, too. Wrong and broken parts sent, numerous times, and the oven still does not work. Service reps have been sending us in circles trying to get this oven fixed, and now replaced. Several reps have said it should be completely replaced, then one tech supervisor says no - continue the repairs - and the replacement process halts dead in it's tracks.
