Animatrix, just as BAD as Reloaded...

The Bottom Line: Animation to wow. Substance and plot to confuse. Philosophical mumbo-jumbo to induce coma. Overall impression: dark, not fun
Review: After an unsatisfying Matrix: Reloaded, I along with other Matrix fans sought the Animatrix to answer some questions or to shed some light on Zion and the Matrix itself. The movie at least boasts great animation from the masters themselves.

The Bottom Line: If you like the Matrix films, I believe you will like this. It's not a stand alone movie, so don't expect to understand it without seeing the movies first.
