Everyting else. Bad photos, no features.

Don't buy this.
Unless you wanna prank someone with something called a "digital" camera that is nothing of the sort.

The Argus Digital Camera DC1512 isnt exactly...great. And that's being nice.
The camera comes in a package that includes, well, the camera, a brief guide (more like a sheet of paper), and a CD-ROM with drivers/software. The CD ROM includes drivers and some extras like Photo Funhouse. I found these uninspired.
The installation and setup is pretty easy. You just insert the disc, select the appropriate option ("Install Drivers" if you just want the camera to work), and the rest is done for you. When you're done, a folder called MY DSC is created with the photo library and a PC Camera to shoot brief, silent videos.
The annoying feature about the photo library is that it doesn't just magically update when you plug the camera into the computer (via USB cable, included), but you must press the teeny "upload" button then deal with an annoying beep when it's done. The pictures are pretty bad quality. They are way less then even the crappiest of disposables, and barely worth anything. The best quality is achieved by holding the thing still for several seconds and hitting the button lightly. This will produce a relatively clear image but nothing near what you'd think of as "digital camera" level quality.
Thankfully, the camera's pretty unassuming and cheap (if I knew the price, which I dont as it was a gift, I'd inform you). There are basically no features. No flash, no zoom, no lens change, no nothing. Just a cheap, uncovered little camera that runs on batteries when not hooked to the computer or can stay hooked forever and still operate. By the way, the resolution is 0.1 megapixel.
The video is actually not too bad - 5fps, and relatively nice quality. Nothing worth buying this camera for, but notable enough.
The camera holds 19 pictures total before you must either delete or upload them. Actually, the only way TO delete is upload: There is no "preview" whatsoever on the camera, so this camera without a computer is the most useless thing in the world.
Basically, if you have a small child who is easily amused, this camera will do, I guess. But I wouldn't even recommend something THIS junky. I'd spring a little more and get something halfway resembling even base quality. This is not a good camera - no features, poor images, confusing menu of options to install, and more. The one good thing is that the pictures can be repeatedly taken in very very short order - no delay. But that doesn't make this junky choice worth it, not a bit!
