Poor Warranty Service

My Avanti WC5100BG Wine Cooler stopped working after about 6 months of use. Avanti provided 2 service calls which did not fix it. Today, after 5 months with a non-working product, my wine sits on the floor, I have an empty appliance with no wine in it, and I am ignored by the manufacturer. Several emails and telephone calls to the customer service center have been ignored. I would never recommend this manufacturer again, to anyone, for any product.
