Bought 2nd one and its as bad as the 1st one

Loved the space saving design, no problems installing it. Problems started on first one w/in a week, it'd overflow periodcally than just stopped working altogether. Bought another one, worked great the first two weeks, than "SURPRISE" it started overflowing, the design is defective in that the clip in back that lets you "sneak a cup" jams and constantly kicks the basket out during the brewing brewing process, which makes it overflow on to counter,stove whatever is underneath
