Uneven heating - not worth it

Cons: Uneven toasting, very slow

Toasts very unevenly. The back element is much hotter than the front element, so toast in the back burns (in the middle only) before toast in the front is even toasted. It would also be nice if the top were flat so there was a place to store the tray when it is not in use!
