Laughing Out Loud

When I purchased this book for my father I never suspected I would be reading it, but once he finished he insisted I give it a chance. My dad loved the television show "Home Improvement" which starred Tim Allen. That is what prompted me to purchase "Don't Stand Too Close To a Naked Man" written by Tim Allen for my dad's father's day gift a few years ago. I had liked the television show also and decided to read the book after my dad told me how much he loved it.

The title alone made me laugh. "Don't Stand Too Close to a Naked Man" is a title worthy of good humor and that is what it gets. Allen takes a comedic look at the differences between men and women. You can see Allen's "home improvement" character through the comedy of this book.

I finished the book having learned a little about life, laughing a lot, and feeling like this was written from the heart to entertain. The book is written like a stand up comedy with Allen dishing out punch lines left and right.

If you want to take a funny look at the differences between the sexes then I suggest you purchase this book and get a lot of laughs out of it. I only paid $6.99 for the paper back version.
