a sweet story

This has to be a classic good night story for very young children. The rhymes are easy for the children to remember and it relates to other stories that could have been already read.
The kittens with there mittens the cow jumping over the moon. . It is familiar and safe to a child. I read it in preschool but I truly feel it is a parent and child book. When I read it I always think the children should just cuddle up and listen.

In the story the mother says goodnight to the many things in the Childs room.
My favorite is good night to the little woman whispering hush. .

If you have read another book by this author Runaway Bunny you will find some of the same pictures in the child’s room. When the little old lady is whispering hush it is time for all children hearing this story to go to sleep
