Author's Review

This is a very good story for anyone who is interested in the adventure stories. The author takes you through a young girls survival in the cold Alaskens all by herself. She would have died if the pack of wolves would have not claimed her as there own. She lives with wolves and they feed her just as one of there own cubs. At the end of the story she returns home after the hardships of poachers killing the lead wolf. She finds her way home to discover her father has taken out all the Eskimo ways and the whole town she loves has changed all the traditon and moderized everything. She must learn to accept this and live peacefully with her father and obey him. That is where the story ends and the second book takes up . i have started the second book and it is already very good. She still comunicates with the wolves and keeps them safe away from poachers ahe is trying to live with her fateher
